The Warmoes Biennial aims to strengthen the city center's role as the social, cultural, and political heart of the city.

The Warmoes Biennial Opening Procession winds through the neighborhood, running the length of Warmoesstraat from end to end, and then culminating at the Brakke Grond. Here, we will all gather for a religious service, led by Mercy St. J. With a program centered on sex workers and artists, we aim to restore the city center's role as a meaningful heart of the city.
